Transcribes an intercepted letter from London which details the knowledge the British have "of every Vessel that arrives in every Port of Europe from America with the particulars of her returns ..." Two ships under Willings and Morris & Co. were mentioned. Lee warns Morris to be "on your guard against those who mean our Ruin."
